Curing the longest hatred? Why 80 years of Holocaust Education couldn’t end anti-Semitism.


After decades of Holocaust education and the proclamation of “Never Again” over and over, anti-Semitism is at its worst level since the Second World War. The antisemitic backlash after October 7th, 2023, brought to light a new quality of hatred and violence against Jews worldwide. British Historian and founding member the British delegation to the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance, Trudy Gold will address these issues in her lecture and discuss the questions: “Has Holocaust education failed? What are the root causes of the virulent antisemitism of today? And what is the path forward?
